Installing through Shopify? The app bills through Shopify in US dollars: Growth $109 a month, then $0.15 for each verification over 1,000 a month; Scale $249 a month, then $0.10 for each verification over 5,000 a month.

The first time in a calendar month (UK time) that a shopper is verified, or recognised as already verified, for one audience at your brand. The same shopper coming back that month, repeat orders and anything in test mode don't count.
We email your owners at 80% and again at the limit. On Free, new verifications pause until the month turns; shoppers already verified still get their rewards. Paid plans carry on and bill each extra verification: Growth 12p a verification, capped at £200 a month unless you change the cap; Scale 8p a verification, capped at £600 a month unless you change the cap.
By the commission you already pay affiliates. Vouchernaut is an Awin publisher: to go live on Free, your store joins our Awin programme and either sends verified shoppers through our affiliate link or credits your audience codes to our publisher id in Awin. We take no share of your sales on any plan.
No. Prices are in pounds and exclude VAT, which is added at checkout where it applies.
Yes, from Settings › Billing in the console. Upgrades take effect straight away and the difference is invoiced; cancelling returns you to Free at the end of the period. Nothing you've built is deleted when you move down a plan.
