Privacy notice

Scope

This notice covers the people who use Vouchernaut for Brands: a brand's owners, admins, managers and analysts. Shoppers on vouchernaut.com are covered by the site's own privacy notice.

What we collect as controller

For running your account we decide what's collected and why, so we're the controller of:

• your name and email address, your sign-in sessions (the browser and device, and the town the sign-in came from) and whether you use two-factor authentication;
• the brands you're in, your role and who invited you;
• a record of changes you make (claims, suggestions, team changes), kept for security and audit;
• the emails we send you, such as sign-in links and invitations.

What we process for brands

Where a brand shares its own data with us to report on, we process it on the brand's instructions as its processor, under the data processing agreement.

How long we keep it

Until you delete your account, then only what the law or our audit records need. Deleting your account removes your sessions and memberships straight away.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
